Familiar Faces is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Onsite Event Manager to join our team for upcoming events in Los Angeles. This is a dynamic, on-the-ground role ideal for someone with a passion for live events and strong coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and ensure successful setup and execution of event production.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all onsite vendors and contractors.
• Manage hospitality relations, ensuring a smooth experience for artists, staff, and guests.
• Coordinate talent arrivals, set transitions, and artist exchange logistics during events.
• Provide accurate and timely post-event reporting.

Requirements:

• Must be based in or near Los Angeles and available for the next 3 months.
• Must be able to commute to Los Angeles metropolitan area.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in event management, production, or hospitality coordination preferred.
• Ability to stay calm and efficient in fast-paced environments.
